Outdoor Experience Coaching

01.Project Management
Recently, I partnered with a growing company that found itself stretched too thin to manage an increasing volume of projects alongside its day-to-day operations. They brought me in as an independent consultant to take ownership of multiple ongoing initiatives, providing the structure and momentum needed to move them forward. Over the course of engagement, I successfully instituted roadmap for success. Our approach ensures personalized strategies that align with your individual circumstances.
02.Custom Project
I recently had an opportunity to work closely with a small business which was ready to bring more structure and clarity to their day-to-day operations. Together, we took a thoughtful look at how the business was running—identifying areas where workflows could be simplified, processes could be streamlined, and overall organization could be improved to make things feel more manageable and efficient. We focus on their internal costs and setting meaningful financial goals for the year ahead.
03.Exit Planning Consultation
Starting this year, I had a chance to work closely with a business as it's owner began thinking of selling his company. Over the course of working together, we talked through the process, but also identified areas that would have impact on its value and appeal to a future owner. Together we built a simple, plan that will drive growth, increase visibility, retain staff and improve revenue and profitability. This client is now in a better position to profit from a greater sale value.
04.Working with Student Athletes
This month, I had the opportunity to work with several NCAA Division I and II student- athletes as they navigate the transition from college sports, to the next phase of their lives. For many of them, the demands of being a full-time athlete leave little room to gain real-world work experience, which can make that transition feel uncertain. Through our work together, I help student athletes gain clarity toward building practical goals and plans to move forward with clarity.
